The Department of Law has systemized the curriculum according to grade and semester so that students will first learn basic subjects and then specialized subjects step by step. Freshmen learn basic subjects such as selective subjects that are required of specialists, and subjects on social science as well as subjects on law. Sophomores are given an opportunity to learn the laws of foreign countries and study various substantial laws based on the basic knowledge they have obtained. Juniors learn to understand the overall studies of the law by studying more about substantial laws and also procedural laws. And seniors are given an opportunity to apply what they have learned to real cases, and they are to obtain an ability to think in various ways regarding legal problems.
